Old Havana Ltd.

After being totally reconstructed in 1911 the Hotel Telegrafo was considered the most modern hotel in Havana, among the top eleven hotels in Latin America. Its original location in 1860 was transferred to the populous corner of the streets Prado and Neptuno around the year 1888. At present the visitor can enjoy the perfect mixture of old and modern. It features comfortable rooms with privileged views of the city. In the inner courtyard, semicircular arcades show their original bricks in contrast with the elements of modern designs, and a large ceramic tile mural illustrates colonial Havana's architecture. The elegant restaurant Telegrafo specializes in Cuban and International haute cuisine. Visitors can trace the hotel's architectural evolution from the original style still visible on the first two floors, to the more contemporary design of the third floor.
