Communications
Cuba features a net that guarantees communication via fax, telephone ore
mail with the rest of the world.
Some destinations have internet cafes and the hotels have internet access.

DHL (tel.: 53 7 204 1578).
CUBACEL and C-com are in charge of the mobile communication. In the streets
there are public telephones which you can use to make telephone calls by
inserting pre paid cards available at hotels or ETECSA offices. You can also
make the phone call from the hotel.
To call Cuba directly:
- Dial the prefix to obtain an exterior line from the caller's country.
- Dial the code for Cuba: 53
- Dial the code for the province you want to call (see below)
- Finally, dial the telephone number
